The Sous Chef/ Chef or Restaurant Cook, we are seeking must be a good and skillful background with high standard experience in Cookery.

He or She is a communicator with the ability to lead by example & set high standards. By achieving set target percentages, costs, and team performance objectives the kitchen will be rewarded, in addition to a base salary, by way of attractive financial incentive payments.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring a consistently high-quality product; Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Responsible for food, Menu control,

Creative menu planning, design, and pricing ( preferable)

Roster compilation and management ( preferable)

Effective Head office & Front of House communication

Periodic reporting to owners

Provide leadership, supervision of the entire kitchen staff

OH&S & HACCP management
